| Purely in the interest of our faithful readers everywhere, we are still searching for the world’s greatest chocolate - because it is scientifically proven that chocolate consumption releases endorphins to make you feel magnificent. This brings us to the story of Dello Mano. Loosely interpreted from the Italian, it means ‘of the hand’. And Dello Mano means delectable brownies, truffles, cookies and even brownie wedding cakes all lovingly and painstaking made by hand with the finest ingredients in the world. Deborah and Bien Peralta are true food people – they had the love of food instilled by their parents and grandparents. After completing food science and marketing degrees they met at Cadbury, but it wasn’t until a romantic trip to Italy that their dream became a reality. Inspired by the Italians, they absorbed the most important lesson of Italian cuisine – making everything with love and thus the Dello Mano brand was born. They wanted to make something that was luxurious but attainable.
